Acceptance of Terms of Usage

These Terms of Usage govern your access and use of this Site. By accessing or using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

Print Noise reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Usage at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Usage each time you access this Site.

You also agree that we may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by posting them on our website or, at our election, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us when you registered at our website. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting customer care. However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of your account.


General

All the terms and conditions and/or any transactions occurring online at www.printnoise.com or by phone are subject to the laws of the State of California.  Print Noise is not responsible for the delay and/or damages resulting from Machinery Breakdown, Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.   The tools available on www.printnoise.com to create document is the property of Print Noise and its affiliated companies.  The Buyer’s order shall be deemed an acceptance of the Seller's terms.  The Terms and conditions shall in all respects be governed by STATE OF TEXAS law. 


Reservations

All orders are subject to acceptance by Print Noise. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. We also reserve the right to change the price at any time even after we receive the order.


Artwork Files

The client is 100% responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files. PrintNoise.com is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Incorrect file(s) submitted by client or client agent (for instance, designer, associate, etc), Color variation, Image Stretching due to incorrect file size submitted by client, Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damaged Fonts, Unreadable Font due to use of font size, Low resolution image or text, Any Barcodes, font type or font color, Punctuation, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Crop Marks, Border, Transparency, Overprint, Proper Rotation (Landscape or Portrait), Word document formatting issues, Finished Product Size. We strongly encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting files to PrintNoise.com. Once the order status is "In Print Production", artwork cannot be replaced or edited and order cannot be cancelled. 


BLEED AND CAUTION MARGIN REQUIREMENT

PrintNoise.com allows for a 1/16 tolerance for error with each cutting and bindery process, therefore adherence to bleed and caution margins are important to image fidelity. 

Bleed: You must include 1/8 symmetrical bleed for designs which have content extending to the trim line. You must exclude important content from the caution zone, defined by the inner 1/8 margin to the trim lines. 

Trimming:  Trimming is not guaranteed to cut exactly as shown in proof. Trimming can be OFF within 1/16" inch accuracy which may result in part of the bleed to be shown after trimming. In addition, we recommend no borders in the artwork design due to shifting in the cutting process, borders may appear uneven.

ARTWORK PROPER ROTATION
PrintNoise.com requires Print Ready files with proper rotation. Files submitted are printed TOP to TOP as-is based off your files. The TOP is always the top of your file.

Make sure to set up your files so that when we print them TOP to TOP the final product will read the way you would like. Also, front and back files need to be set up either both sides vertically or both sides horizontally, otherwise PrintNoise.com will print according to their production judgment.

APPAREL AND DTF GANG SHEET PRINTING
Artwork lines thinner than 2pt will not print when using apparel or DTF Gang Sheet printing. PrintNoise is not responsible for missing or incomplete design elements resulting from lines below the 2pt minimum thickness requirement.



Credit Card

If the Buyer's credit card is declined, Print Noise will not process the Buyer’s order. If the order is shipped and should the Buyer's account become delinquent, Buyer agrees to pay a monthly finance charge of 2% (annual percentage rate of 24%) on the unpaid balance. If an account goes beyond the payment term's due date, unless specific arrangements are made, future purchases will require advance payment. In the event that Print Noise must commence legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the Buyer agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.

Order Processing & Payment Authorization

  • Payment Verification: To ensure security and prevent fraud, we may require additional verification before processing your order. This may include requesting a Credit Card Authorization Form and a valid government-issued ID.
  • Credit Card Authorization: By providing your credit card information, you are authorizing PrintNoise to charge your card for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges as specified at checkout.
  • Fraud Prevention Measures: We reserve the right to place orders on hold, cancel, or request additional verification if we detect any suspicious activity or discrepancies in billing/shipping information.

Warranty

Print Noise neither makes any explicit warranty nor imply or accepts any responsibility other than possible replacement of the products that Buyer is buying.  Print Noise may but does not guarantee the replacement of the defective product, or credit the amount of the purchase price. 

Retractable Banner Disclaimer

We take pride in delivering high-quality retractable banners and follow a rigorous Quality Assurance process before shipping. Each banner is fully inspected, set up, and photographed to ensure it meets our quality standards and is free of defects prior to leaving our facility.

Please note the following:

  1. User-Caused Damage – Breakage, damage, or malfunctions resulting from user error, mishandling, or improper setup are not covered under warranty.

  2. Limited Guarantee – This product is covered by a 14-day guarantee from the date it is received by the client. The guarantee applies only to mechanical defects and excludes issues caused by user error, neglect, or failure to store the product with reasonable care.

  3. Notification Requirement – If you believe there is a defect or quality issue, you must notify us within the 14-day guarantee period. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for replacement or repair under our guarantee.

By purchasing a retractable banner from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above.


Shipping

Print Noise will arrange for shipping with the carrier on behalf of the buyer.  The Buyer will be fully responsible for the shipping and handling cost.  Print Noise will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and carrier rates. Additional fees may apply for oversized, hazardous, or special-handling shipments.
  • Shipping Price Errors: In the event of a pricing error due to a website malfunction, miscalculation, or incorrect system input, we reserve the right to correct the price before fulfilling the order. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs if an error occurs. If you do not wish to proceed with the corrected cost, you may request an order cancellation before the item is shipped.
  • Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Local Pick Up Orders

Pick up orders will be kept for 30 calendar days from the send date of the pick-up notification email. If the order has not been picked up within 30 days, it will be recycled. There will be no refund or credit will be issued for the recycled order.


Limitation of Liability:

Print Noise will not be liable in contract or in tort (including negligence) to the customer for incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from anybody’s performance or nonperformance of our obligations.  Print Noise shall not be liable to anyone for any kind of financial losses, cost, expenses, damages and/or other economic damages.  The Buyer agrees that the Buyer will not hold Print Noise responsible for any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against Print Noise and its affiliated company (S) on grounds alleging that the said work violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or is scandalous, or invades any person's right to privacy or other personal rights.


Cancellations and Refunds:

Order may not be canceled once the client has approved the artwork online; there is no cancellation or refunds issued after this point forward. To maintain a competitive edge, we process jobs as soon as we receive them. Because all of our work is custom printed to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are unable to use or recycle your printing after we have completed it.

If the client has not approved the artwork ,then order may be cancelled with the following conditions:
1. There is a $5.00 cancellation fee
2. Custom work (example artwork editing fee) are non-refundable.
 

CAN I PAUSE MY ORDER?
Gang Run printing is the process of creating printed pieces at substantially discounted prices. Due to the gang run method that PrintNoise.com uses, once the artwork is approved, we cannot pause the order at any stage of production.


Is your turnaround guaranteed?
No. If your job is submitted and all the artwork is correct before 4 pm cst on a Business Day, your turnaround will begin from that day. Although we make every intention of meeting all posted turnaround schedules, our standard turnaround is intended as an estimate and not a guarantee. We can not be responsible for mechanical malfunctions, acts of nature (ie. winter storm, flooding, etc), or other unforeseen circumstances. By using our RUSH turnaround, we guarantee that your job will ship in the expected rush turnaround timeline, or we will refund 100% off the rush fee only.

Zeta Ink SMS Messaging Disclaimer

Zeta Ink provides SMS text messaging services to communicate with our customers about their orders, deliveries, account updates, and occasional promotions. By opting in, you agree to the following terms:

1. Message Types

You may receive the following types of SMS messages from Zeta Ink:

  • Order confirmations and account notifications

  • Delivery updates and pickup/shipping notifications

  • Customer service responses

  • Promotions, special offers, and discounts

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with Zeta Ink, including the number of orders placed and support inquiries submitted.

3. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan. Zeta Ink is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

  • Customer data, including mobile phone numbers, is never shared, sold, or transferred to third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

  • SMS opt-in consent information is kept strictly private and secure.

  • Any information sharing described elsewhere in our Privacy Policy excludes SMS opt-in data.

7. Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages from Zeta Ink is not a condition of purchase. Customers must provide explicit consent by checking the opt-in box on our website order form or contact form before receiving messages.

Zeta Ink will use SMS to send customers account notifications, customer support replies, delivery/shipping updates, as well as promotions, special offers, and discounts. Message frequency may vary.
