We perform quality test on banner and stand to make sure the product is damage free before giving to client. This product has a 15 days complaint policy, but it doesn't apply for user damage.
Because banner are flexible fabric material, there is a chance that the vinyl can crease during packing. We cannot guaranteed no creases on the banners.
Below are instructions on how to remove the crease from the banners:
Using a any hot air equipment (Hair Dryer or Hot Air Blower), hold the steam nozzle close to wrinkles in the banner's surface. Do not touch the nozzle to the banner; instead, hold the nozzle within 1 to 2 inch from the surface and slowly move the nozzle over the entire wrinkle. Please do this on the back side so the ink is not affected. The warm steam will cause the material to relax and the wrinkle will fade gently away.
